Debbie
OPTICIAN
Debbie is originally from the Chicago area. She lived in Arizona for many years in the past. She worked here for several years before moving back to Chicago. She happily returned to Arizona and Desert Eye in Spring, 2019.
She has been in the optical field since 1980. Debbie loves helping patients find the perfect frames for spectacles and sunwear. She is an expert in eyewear and lens technology.
In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband, dining out, hiking, and seeing movies. She cherishes time with her Daughter, Son-in-Law and Grandson in Reno, NV.. Her social calendar is usually full with friends and family!
Anna
Anna is well versed in all areas of the practice. You may find her at the front desk answering questions, in the pre-test area working with a patient, or working in the dispensary with glasses and contact lenses. She usually works with the infants in the office, too.
She is in charge of coordinating our frame purchases from Bebe and Gucci. She is our insurance question expert, too. She spends most of her time out of work being Mom to her three kids. She loves online social networking, hanging out with friends, watching movies, and shopping for purses. She always has a smile to share, too!
Ryan M
Ryan is an Arizona native; he grew up just outside of Tucson and eventually moved to Phoenix in 2016 to attend school at Grand Canyon University. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an emphasis in pre-medicine and has goals of eventually attending medical school. Ryan hopes one day to become a Pediatric Oncologist.
Ryan joined us in early 2022. He has been working as an optician and an optometric technician since 2017 and has since been certified by both the American Board of Opticianry, and the National Contact Lens Examiners regulatory board. Ryan is passionate about high quality patient care, and loves working with children.
In his free time Ryan has a passion for cooking, and you can find him playing with his 5-year-old husky.
Joshua
OPTICIAN
Joshua joined Desert Eye in 2023. He joined us with 13 years of optical experience and a real love of opticianry!
Joshua is known for helping patients find the “right” pair of eyewear whether it be for every-day wear, sunwear, sportswear, computer use, or just the latest fashion eyewear. He has a knack for helping patients select eyewear that meets their individual lifestyle needs.
His experience has made him an expert in spectacle lens technologies. As he gets to know your wants and needs, he will help you create the perfect pair of glasses. He’s a lens expert!
In his free time, Josh enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping. He also likes to shop. On his days off, you can find him wandering through consignment, vintage and resale shops
Alizé
Alize is from Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She likes all things related to fashion and beauty. She loves working in eyecare because she enjoys working with others. She has always worn glasses, so she excels at helping others embrace their eyewear as fashionable jewelry. She especially likes styles by Cazal and Pucci.
She likes spicy food and loves spending time with her family.
